Shipping Policy:


We ONLY ship within the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally.

Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental United States. Orders under $100 that ship to the lower 48 will be charged $11.95 flat rate shipping. Most consoles ship in 1-3 days. Delivery time averages 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Cairo, GA.

Most orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and other US territories are shipped by the US Postal Service. The shipping costs for these orders are billed at the time of shipping.

For expedited shipping, you must call us. All express orders are personally handled by the representative you speak with in order to streamline the process. Please do not request express shipping via email. Emails are reviewed in the order they are received which could possibly delay your shipping.

If your selection is not a stock item for either us or the factory, it will have to be SPECIAL ORDERED. Please allow 14-21 days for special order items to be produced. If you order other items with one special order item, we will ship the in stock items as soon as your order is placed.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card for all first time orders. After 30 days of the first order being shipped and received, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work provided you are using the same credit card as your first order.


Return Policy:


All returned items will be charged a 10% restocking fee with no exceptions.

Consoles and Cupholders CANNOT be returned once they have been installed. You may take them out of the package to inspect components or even hold up to compare with existing paint, upholstery, etc. Once you install your console it is yours to keep. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have any concerns whether our console will fit your vehicle, please take all proper measurements and compare them with our product before installing.

Before returning any items, you MUST CALL the order desk at 1-800-978-6300 for return authorization.

All returned items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.

Items returned without a copy of the invoice or not in their original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After 60 days, all returns will be issued a store credit only, no cash refunds, no exceptions.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 120 days, no exceptions.

CupHoldersPlus.com will replace an item which is DEFECTIVE OR SHIPPED OR LABELED incorrectly and pay the return shipping charges.

If you received the correct product and you would like to return it, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the package, both ways. No shipping charges will be refunded.

There are no returns on special order items, no exceptions!
